LeaderStat Premier has been retained by Blakeford at Green Hills, located in Nashville, Tennessee to assist in the recruitment of a Chief Executive Officer.Blakeford at Green Hills was started in 1996 by a group of local citizens. Their goal has been to provide a safe and enriching home for their residents and become Nashville’s premier senior living community.

Blakeford at Green Hills is a vibrant senior living community offering four living options ranging from Independent Living Apartments, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and state of the art Rehabilitation Services.  To expand Blakeford beyond their campus walls, they have added  Life Plan at Home and in-home service programs to allow one to receive the care they need where they want to live. Blakeford at Green Hills is the only senior living retirement community in the Nashville area to receive the CARF-CCAC accreditation. The not for profit Community maintains a strong financial position and a BBB (stable) bond rating by Fitch Ratings.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Blakeford at Green Hills is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to partner with an engaged Board of Directors, Resident Board, and a strong, tenured Leadership Team. The next CEO will continue building best-in-class life enrichment and full-continuum of care programs for all 250 residents.

The ideal candidate for the CEO role at Blakeford will be a proven leader in senior living. An undergraduate degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or a related field is required. A graduate degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration and a minimum of 5 years of progressive executive leadership experience in senior living, or healthcare is preferred. Strong relational skills, business acumen, and innovative approaches to aging services are required.
