Friends Care Community, situated on a beautiful 23-acre campus in the unique Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio, is a highly respected, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community with a 5-star rated nursing and rehab facility.  Through its facilities and programs, FCC strives to uphold its Quaker values by providing a welcoming, vibrant, and homelike environment.  Serving the Yellow Springs community since 1980, the Board and the Administration of FCC are committed to progressive leadership in the long-term care field and continue to provide innovative and quality programs.
 
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for implementing the policies and plans established by the Board of Trustees and for the leadership and total operation of Friends Care Community. The finalist will be a high-energy, talented and passionate leader who will build strong working relationships with a diverse group of residents, tenured staff, Board, and the community at large.  (S)he will be a visionary with a forward-thinking mindset, a strong, decisive leader who understands and embraces Friends Care Community’s mission and vision.  A minimum of five years upper-level management experience within a high quality, service oriented retirement and health care setting.  A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) and a current Ohio nursing home administrator license or eligibility by reciprocity is required.
