Director of Sales and Marketing

Due to the new career opportunity of our current Director of Sales and Marketing at The Florence Community, PCSC is seeking a new Director for this community to implement sales and marketing activities designed to maintain high resident occupancy for all levels of care within our life plan community. This positon will be responsible for all admissions into patio homes, apartments, assisted living, memory support, and long term skilled nursing care and will support marketing and outreach efforts for short term rehabilitation.  This role requires a self starter that has a positive, eager, and responsive attitude. Having an exceptional understanding of the Pee Dee Region of South Carolina is a plus.

Qualifications for the role are listed below.

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:  3 years of experience in marketing & sales in senior living including, CCRC, Assisted Living, and/or Long Term Care.

Skills:  Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience in data entry in windows driven databases.    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and person-centered selling skills.
