Information Technology Field Tech

The primary purpose of this position is to respond to Help Desk requests, set up and install desktop and laptop PCs, peripheral components, and set-up and resolve issues for smart phones, mobile phones and tablets.  This position will work as a part of the Information Technology team under the direction of the Director of Information Technology along with the Information Technology Systems Analyst Coordinator.

Preferred candidates must have at least a two-year computer technology degree.  Preferred candidates must have at least 3 years of direct experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, experience with training end users and excellent customer service skills.
