Presentation Topics

For the 2027 LASC Conference, we are looking for practical, engaging presentations focused on best practices in:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Workforce Solutions
  • Personal and Professional Growth
  • Human Resources
  • Brand Strategy
  • Philanthropy
  • Finances
  • Growth

Business members are encouraged to include a LeadingAge member from any state as part of the presentation to add value and perspective.

Sessions Most Likely to Be Selected Will:

  • Include a LeadingAge SC community member or staff member in the session
  • Be timely, relevant, practical, and actionable
  • Incorporate engaging, interactive educational methods
  • Provide concrete takeaways, resources, and/or measurable outcomes

Who Should Attend?

The annual conference audience includes organizational leaders, nursing/clinical professionals, CFOs/finance teams, human resources, social services/pastoral care, activities/therapeutic recreation, environmental services and facility maintenance, marketing/sales, fundraising, home and community-based services (HCBS), independent living, assisted living, and long-term care/skilled nursing providers.

Proposal Details

Submission Deadline: Tuesday, June 26, 2026

All completed session proposals should be emailed to Beth Bouknight , Director of Education at LeadingAge South Carolina, at [email protected] .

Please include:

  • Completed proposal form
  • Resume for each speaker

Speaker Information

  • In-person participation is required
  • LASC is unable to provide honoraria, travel reimbursement, per diem, or other speaker expenses
  • Business participants must support the conference through exhibitor participation, sponsorship, or registration as a non-exhibiting attendee
  • Presentations and handouts must be submitted electronically by February 5, 2027
