Administrator – Westminster Towers

Westminster Towers is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee all aspects of operations within its faith-based Continuing Care Retirement Community in Rock Hill, SC. This leadership role ensures regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care across the full continuum of services.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare
  • Active Nursing Home Administrator license (or eligibility in South Carolina)
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, staffing, and financial operations

Administrator

The Administrator is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations to ensure the highest level of quality care and services for residents.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a hospital or nursing facility
  • Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license (or meets state licensure requirements)
